Every couple, every bloom, every bouquet tells its own story. ‍ ‍

Here’s how we can honor yours.

How Booking Works

To reserve your bouquet preservation, simply add your desired piece(s) to your cart and complete checkout through the webshop.

You have two booking options-

Full Booking — Checkout with all of your desired preservation pieces now to fully secure your order.

Reserve Your Date — Want to save your spot now but finalize your frame selections later? You can purchase a Date Reservation to secure availability for your wedding date, then complete your final order closer to the wedding.

After checkout, you’ll receive a short questionnaire where you’ll share your wedding date, contact information, wedding details (so I can appropriately shout out your vendors), and how you plan to handoff your bouquet after the wedding.

From there, I’ll personally connect with you to finalize the plan and make sure your flowers safely make their way from your wedding day to my studio.

The Art of Patience

Each preserved piece takes approximately 4–6 months to complete. This time allows your flowers to move through their transformation: dried, designed, and framed with the care and intention they deserve. I work with orders in a first in, first out manner. I do my best to accomplish the 4-6 month window, however, timing varies depending on what point your date is in the season and how many orders are before yours.
Good things take time, and your bouquet will return home as a work of art meant to last a lifetime. I look forward to your bouquet’s homecoming!

Receiving Your Artwork

When your piece is complete, you may choose to have it shipped (responsibility of the client, invoiced at time of delivery) directly to you, or schedule a pick up from the Flower Friend Home Studio in Newberg, Oregon.

Reserve your preservation at least two weeks before your date and enjoy $100 off your order with code PREBOOK100 — our gift to you for planning ahead with intention.

an artful transformation.

“If you’re looking for a unique way to preserve the memory of your wedding flowers, I highly suggest having them framed. It’s a beautiful and subtle keepsake that serves as a meaningful reminder of the day without being overly "wedding-y." 10/10—highly recommend!” ~Sanaz
