Because each preservation requires time-sensitive handling and a meticulous, multi-week process, I accept a limited number of commissions per event date.
This reservation deposit secures your event date within my studio calendar and guarantees dedicated preservation handling immediately following your celebration.
• Reserved placement on my calendar for your event date
• Pre-event preservation guidance including shipping instructions if not local to Portland, OR vicinity.
• Dedicated studio time for drying and processing
This deposit secures your date and will be applied toward your final preservation balance.
• This listing reserves your event date only.
• Final artwork selections and design details will be confirmed 30 days before your event.
• Remaining balance will be divided into two payments 1) 50% invoiced 30 days before your date with final design selections, and 2) the remaining 50% upon delivery of your finished piece. (Option to pay in full or payment plans available)
• Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of preservation work, deposits are non-refundable.
